Our ice bath usually sits around 10 degrees (noting that for most recovery protocols the ideal range is 10-15 degrees) and we chill it to 6 degrees one day per week.  It is kept clean and hygienic using sea salt chlorination with an inbuilt computer which continuously monitors the water.
